The basic philosophy of our studio is to create individual, aesthetically stunning solutions for our customers by lightning-fast development of projects employing unique styles and architecture. Even if you don’t have a ready sketch of what you want – we will help you to get the result you dreamed of.
For almost 20 years, the founders of 40° West have worked as instructors across various airlines and training organizations. Throughout this time, we’ve designed a wide range of training programs–from initial license courses for flight schools to type ratings, recurrent training, and specialized programs such as MCC, UPRT, PBN, ETOPS, LVO, among others.
With the shift brought by the Evidence-Based Training paradigm, we recognized the enormous potential of a new training landscape. But we also understood that this potential could only be fully realized through a system capable of automating processes, capturing and analyzing data, and ensuring full regulatory compliance.
That realization sparked the creation of 40° West–a project born from experience and driven by a clear purpose: to simplify, enhance, and modernize pilot training. Today, 40º West continues to grow, shaped by the real-world needs and feedback of our users–our greatest source of motivation.
